Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchange policy.
In case if you change your mind we do have a cancellation policy in place. We normally allow 48 hours for the item to be shipped to you. If you would like to cancel your order before it was shipped we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail email@example.com or via the Contact Us form as soon as possible stating your order number. Once we receive your e-mail we will cancel your order and refund the money via the original payment method. If the item was already sent please follow the returns policy below.
How to return an item?
You can return all stock items with exception of the bespoke products. Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund or fill the contact us form and we will assign you a Return Authorisation Number.
2. Mail your returned item to :

3. Please note that you are responsible for paying the P&P for the item you are returning.
